This wine is made from two parcels —”En Boichot” and “Les Prarons Dessus”— located just under the Santenay Premier Crus. The vineyard (50 years average) is planted in a clay and limestone soil, and prune in the Cordon method.
Tasting notes:
The mouthfeel is smooth, with intense tanins and full bodied. We have a beautiful fruitiness then a long length.
Ideal with a hanger steak with shallot.
To be served at 15-16°C.
Ageing potential: 7-10 years.
