« Les Chaumées » is a consistent, very elegant, mineral-driven wine. Flint and smoke on the nose segue to a structured palate that showcases notes of vibrant citrus fruit and rounded edges that taper off into a focused, lingering finish. Yo be served at 10-12°C (50-54°F). Ageing potential: 5-7 years.
