Such finesse and elan. Long, demure, fine-boned, this is Puligny of the classiest kind. Floral hints of fruit blossom, so genteel and restrained. Lovely, moreish ripe and refreshing citrus fruit. Quietly assured, refined, and with great length and intensity on the finish. A wine of beauty.
Ideal with all your recipes based on scallops or Foie Gras.
