  • Varietal:
100% Pinot Noir
  • Commune(s):
Corpeau
  • Area:
38a 66ca (1.04 acres)
  • Vineyards:
The outcropping of different faults and the different types of limestone soils justifies the plantation of Pinot Noir and thus an increasingly production of red wines in some of these sectors. Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from 2 parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet (« Les Morichots » and « Fontaine Sot ») and Maranges.
  • Tasting Notes:
Fresh and silky, this Bourgogne Pinot Noir is the perfect balance of fruit and earth with enticing aromas of spice, strawberries and mushroom. Solid acidic structure and finely-knit tannins. This is a crowd-pleaser wine, ideal with lasagna or even pan-fried mushrooms. To be served at 14-16°C (57-61°F). Ageing potential: 5-7 years.
