The « Clos Saint Jean » vineyard is located south of the Premier Cru « Les Chaumées » vineyard. 40-year-old vines are trained in the Single Guyot method and set in soils of clay and limestone.
The expressive nose reveals aromas of sauvignon, exotic fruit and peach. The palate, mineral and slightly toasted, reveals raisins notes.
Ideal with noble white meats or fish such as salmon.
To be served at 10-12°C.
Ageing potential: 5-7 years.
